According to ModelDMedia.com, Studio One Apartments has leased 60 percent, or 18,000 square feet, of its ground-floor retail space on Woodward in Midtown. New tenants include Utrecht Art Supply, Radio Shack, Fifth-Third Bank and a coffee shop.

One- and two-bedroom models of the apartments are now open for viewing. Forty-four percent have already been leased without the new residents actually seeing their new apartments.
