Security event teams up with TechTown, ESD
The Michigan Security Network Homeland Security and Wayne State University have partnered to use the Kauffman Foundation's FastTrac entrepreneurial training for aspiring entrepreneurs in the homeland security market. The training will be offered through WSU’s TechTown in the form of two FastTrac programs designed with homeland security content provided by Michigan Security Network. “A focused effort on homeland security will create a platform for a new area of technology opportunity that we haven’t explored before,” said Judy Johncox, director of commercialization services at TechTown.
